ORBICS: Ancient IBC ORBs
Teleports To History Of Cosmos
ORBICS is a generative 3D and AV project created in UE4, where each Orbic is crafted by combining a mix of 3D objects and audio stems, similar to PFP traits. Inspired by ancient civilisations, ORBICS represent sacred portals to the history of Cosmos. Their traits have become mixed during the teleportation process, resulting in unique combinations of components and transaction data. High-quality renders and audio are created with Unreal Engine and hardware machines, ensuring a polished look and feel.The visualisation and sonification of data bridge the gap between art and technology, showcasing key moments in the history of IBC and the Cosmos ecosystem. Selected Cosmos chains’ unique transactions serve as a time travel engine, providing fuel for movement and affecting the size of particles bubbling inside the ORBICS. Each trait, sourced from time travel across the IBC ecosystem, is scanned and rendered in Unreal Engine for an ultra-high-quality appearance. The sound features traditional instruments from ancient Earth civilisations combined with cutting-edge sound synthesis techniques used on the far side of the universe.
