Residency at EMS Stockholm

I am delighted to be returning to EMS in Stockholm and collaborating with Luis Sanz on new projects, utilising the vintage Buchla modular and Serge systems within the studios.Established in 1964, EMS is among the most respected institutions for electronic music worldwide. Numerous pioneering works were conceived at EMS, and the studio has welcomed a veritable who’s who of influential musicians and composers. The facility remains at the cutting edge of innovation, continuing to offer residencies, workshops, and access to state-of-the-art technology to musicians and artists from around the world.During my residency, Luis and I investigated the application of generative systems in both image and audio realms. We experimented with digital and analogue patches, exploring the potential that arises from combining the two. It has been a captivating journey, and we eagerly anticipate sharing our discoveries with the electronic music community.
